On the 13th July myself and friend Ben will be ATTEMPTING the Dunwich Dynamo, a 120 mile bike race over night starting in Hackney London and ending in Dunwich. We will be doing this in memory of my brother Daniel a keen cyclist who would have been able to do this easily, unlike myself and Ben.

In doing this we are hoping to raise as much money for the charity MIND and raise awareness of mental health problems.

Daniel was struggling without knowing that he could turn to anyone for help. Mental health issues can affect anyone around us, MIND provide advice & support to anyone experiencing mental health problems, they campaign to ensure services and support are available to those any need it. We are trying to raise as much money as possible to help raise as much awareness and help others who are suffering.

I miss my brother every day and would like to be able to help someone else in his situation and prevent any other families having to experience the hurt of loosing someone in this way.
