Seasons change. Mountains crumble. Empires fall.  Boys, once bright and youthful, grow into tired old men with hamstring injuries. Stars burn up. Corporate logos get simplified. Change... changes. One thing remains the same.

Lizanne is running the London and Brighton marathons again.
