Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the course of my gap year, my brother Rob and I have decided to do the following challenges, we aim to complete each in 24 hours!

  1. cycle 300km from London to Paris (4-5/5/19)
  2. walk the 110km Isle of Wight coastal path on the (26-27/5/19)
  3. swim the 18km length of Lake Windermere (11/6/19)

I started volunteering at Bluebell Wood Hospice 12 months ago, the hospice offers care and support to children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions, both in their own homes and at the hospice in North Anston. They support whole families, giving them the chance to relax, take a break and have fun. It costs over £4 million a year to keep their doors open, and they receive just 10% of their funding from statutory government sources. Everything else has to be funded by donations from people such as ourselves.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Any donations, however small will be massively appreciated.

Thank you!

About the charity
