I am taking part in a Tandem Skydive in June 2021 and will be raising money and donating to Hertfordshire MIND Network. Mental health is very important to me and working for a mental health service in Hertfordshire I know the great impact that MIND have on people struggling with mental ill health.

Mental health affects us all – around 1 in 4 of us will experience mental ill health at some point in our lives. Last year Hertfordshire Mind Network supported almost 8,000 people across Hertfordshire with their vital mental health services. They do amazing work to support people struggling with mental health in many ways so I am sure any donations will help them to continue the important and valuable work they do! 

I am not the best with heights so this will be a scary experience and challenge for me, but knowing it is for a great cause is exciting!!
