I'm raising money especially for The Retreat in central Bournemout

The Retreat in Bournemouth provides access to peer specialists and trained mental health nurses everyday of the year from 4.30pm-12am.
The Retreat aims to provide you with a safe and welcoming environment where you can discuss your problems and work towards solutions if you are struggling or reaching a crisis point.You don't need to be referred by a doctor nor another health professional.
You don’t need to phone ahead, just turn up and ring the front doorbell. The money raised will help make the place more homely and activities for the garden and inside space.The Retreat can refer you to other  services if needed and give you the guidance to help you further.

The Retreat is run in partnership by Dorset Mental Health Forum and Dorset HealthCare.
