I will be running the London marathon in 2016 For the first time, I will be raising money for the British Red Cross campaign to tackle loneliness. I believe that this is a big issue and and am committed to the cause which is why I am doing this. I will be running with a work colleague Peter thunder.

Loneliness is big issue in our country with many people suffering. It doesn't just effect one type of person it can affect everyone and anyone and can lead to mental health issue like depression.

I would be grateful for any donations because every little donation will help towards my goal of 2000 pounds which wil go along way to helping tackle lonliness in communities up and down the country.
