Between the 27th to 29th March 2020 myself (for the 6th time), Jaden (for the 3rd time) and Mason (competing in his first swimathon!!) are doing Swimathon 2020 raising money for Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie and The Swimathon Foundation.

Jaden is again swimming 1.5k this year which is 60 lengths of a 25 m pool. He swam this distance last year and will be looking to beat his time for sure. Go Jaden.

Mason is swimming 400m in this his first swimathon so please sponsor him as he is really looking forward to doing it. Go Mason.

This year I am attempting the Triple 5K over 3 days at 2 different pools in Manchester and Huddersfield. Having only ever completed the 5K at previous swimathon's this represents a big step up in distance (600 lengths of a 25m pool) for me. This years swim takes on a greater importance for me as it is my first swimathon since my partial knee replacement earlier this year. So again training for the swim and raising money for these charities means a lot this year once again.
