This month, I am taking on the challenge, once again, to OutRun May for the amazing Macmillan Cancer Support. 

My target is to run 75 miles during the month - enough to challenge my fitness and running capacity - and hopefully encourage you to donate generously.  

Cancer touches all of us at some point in our lives. Until it does, we have no idea just how crucial the right support and care is. Macmillan Cancer Support offers those diagnosed with cancer and the people around them a vital support and emotional network to get through such difficult times. 

So, this month is all about pounding the pavements to keep Macmillan going strong - one run at a time.One month, one goal, and one amazing way to change the lives of people affected by cancer. Your donations are hugely appreciated.
