Off the Record are an amazing counselling service that helped me from 2018-2020. They provide free counselling for 11-25 year olds which can involve online or face to face counselling. I have used both services and I couldn’t recommend them enough for helping me become the person I am today. They were extremely understanding of what I had to say and most importantly made me feel safe and heard. I’d love to take on my biggest running challenge for them and give back as much as I can. Any donations you can give would be much appreciated to a charity incredibly close to my heart ❤️
