I really wanted to challenge myself and push myself to the absolute limit and thought this would be a great way to do it.

I’m a keen runner but have lost my way a little during lock down. So this going to be super tough. 

I have suffered most of my life with mental health issues and receive ongoing help for my condition. The foundation is close to my heart having also lost my dear friend Ellie Soutter to mental health issues 2.5 years ago.
