I am raising awareness of the condition Cystic Fibrosis and particularly awareness of the awesome care team, at Frimley Park Hospital, that has looked after my fiancee Emma Holland, who sadly passed away on 28th Feb 2019 at only 32 years old. 

Emma touched many hearts with her wit, cheeky smile, and charming personality. She is my hero, and we shared such a fun filled and adventurous 11 years together and she lived without complaint of her condition even though her day to day treatments to overcome her ailments were so tough on her life. She had a bad set of lungs but a real strong heart, and even at the end she asked to donate all her organs that were not affected by Cystic Fibrosis , such a beautiful selfless act. 

I and my colleagues at Darklight Design, are aiming to run 25 Park Runs this year, amongst other events, to help raise awareness as we would like to give back to those who have helped Emma throughout the years.
