Homelessness is devastating; leaving people vulnerable and isolated, and it is rising fast in the UK.

Crisis is a national charity running vital services in Birmingham, Coventry, Edinburgh, London, Merseyside, Newcastle, Oxford, South Yorkshire, Plymouth and Croydon. The Charity helps people rebuild their lives through housing, health, education and employment services.

In Aid of this good cause, the Equinox Team are participating in the Crisis Square Mile Relay Run on the 9th of June! 2 separate teams including Alex, Jack, Xhiljola, Kully, Duncan, Daggi, Becky & Myself. It is a Relay Race that requires a team of 4 to take in 4 laps of London’s most iconic landmarks, with each lap is 2 Miles.
