In 2019 and beyond Fitter Body Ladies  have decided to commit to helping a local charity as we wanted to give something back to the local community and, as we are a women only boot camp, we felt that it was important for us to support a women’s charity

We have decided to support the charity NORTHAMPTON Rape Crisis in 2019 which is a part of national charity that helps the needs and rights of women that have experienced sexual violence.

Over the past couple of months ladies from Northampton, MiltonKeynes and Wellingborough have been training hard for our biggest fundraiser so far 

THE YORKSHIRE 3 PEAKS 

to raise money for FBL’s charity of the year Northamptonshire Rape crisis.  Now that we only have 28 days to go we want to raise as much money as possible to support victims of sexual violence which takes many forms but it is this support which Northamptonshire Rape Crisis provides which helps victims rebuild their lives.

We will be embarking on our 26 miles of hill trekking on the
28^th September and we would love to get to our £5000 target. We are
currently at £2039

So please dig deep as a little goes a long way

£60 trains one of NRC’s specialist counsellors

£20 provides a one hour counselling session for a rape
survivor

£10 helps a young person affected by sexual abuse attend a support
group
