Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
I have worked at the Whittington Hospital as a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for more than 10 years. Throughout this period the neonatal unit has coped in very cramped conditions and despite that has given the most fantastic support to the obstetric unit. Therefore my 16 year old son Sebastian and I are running the British 10k London Run 2007 on the 1st of July to raise funds for the Whittington Hospital's 'Building for Babies' appeal.
The appeal aims to raise £3 million for the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit where sick and premature babies are treated. The unit is in desperate need of expansion and modernisation which cannot be achieved without your support.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust Charitable Funds will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
We hit our target of running 10km in less than one hour.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support.
