I have wet shaved my head to try and raise some money for The James Wentworth-Stanley Memorial Fund. This fund was set up in the memory of James Wentworth-Stanley in order to address the huge problem of youth suicide and depression. It aims to tackle the shocking statistic that suicide is the largest cause of death amongst young men in the UK. 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in their lifetime. The chances are we all know someone who is suffering from mental health issues, even if we don't know it.

It would be amazing to raise any amount of money which people can afford. Or 5er or 10er all adds up. £1,000 is my target. Anywhere close would be fantastic.

If you want some inspiration or reason to donate, come and look at my lid (or lack of) and tell me it wasn't worth it!
