Story
Cathy, Mark, Andy and Clive are Downsizing.
The four of us have decided that it's time that we shed some pounds. Rather than do it individually we thought that collectively would be more fun and as we are all competitive - 'surely not' we hear you shout - the competition will spur is on.
Additionally, as some of us have the breaking strain of a Kit Kat when it comes to food and drink, we thought we needed extra motivation and have decided that sponsorship in aid of a very good cause would work wonders.
So - we are downsizing for FFK. We start on January 1st and the challenge runs for 3 months. There will be a start weight, updates on progress and our end weights. There will NOT be any pictures (by popular demand).
We are relying on you, our friends and colleagues, to support us through this.
We hope that by changing our lifestyles we can change the lives of children who really need support from all of us.
In the meantime, get the drinks in
