My stepdad Alan was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in April 2018 and passed away in January 2020.

Alan was a larger than life character, and would do anything for anyone. Our lives were brighter because of him and the world is so much quieter without him. We miss him everyday.

He would think I'm crazy to be running 1 mile never mind 13 miles!! 

I'll be posting about my progress and will be running a special 7 in 7 challenge in June to remember him on his birthday.
