Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Everyone knows what's happening in Ukraine right now. Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of crisis overseas.

I started running a few years ago, but I haven't run further than 6k in the last year, and 13k is the most I've ever run, so 21k will be a sizeable challenge.

No pressure at all to give, but for anything raised here I'll match donations up to £500.
