I am raising money for a number of great charities, who each provide essential help and care for families with poorly babies and children. Having recently experienced all of the intense feelings of having a baby, and just how precious life suddenly feels, I felt a strong need to give to parents less fortunate than us. When I came across Free Radio Walk For Kids, I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to do this. It is currently 12 weeks since I had my baby, so it is going to be a little challenge for me to prepare for the event, having only recently reached full recovery from my labour. This makes it feel even more special.
