We provide emotional and practical support to families with a seriously ill child.

Story

As a dad with two young children I can't imagine the impact that being told one of your children has a life threatening illness. As a self employed business owner, I'm also very aware of how challenging life can be even when life is 'normal' so the support that Rainbow Trust gives to the whole family when life is far from 'normal' is invaluable.

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity enables families who have a child with a life threatening illness to make the most of precious time together; providing expert practical and emotional support, where they need it, for as long as it is needed.

£26 will provide one hour of care, enough time to entertain a seriously ill child so that their parents can have a break.

So to raise money myself and other members and staff from the FSB are cycling from our head office in Blackpool to our London office. Along the 260 mile journey over three days we will be meeting up with members and others to raise funds and the profile of Rainbow Trust and also recognising the importance of keeping fit when you're self employed.

Track our progress as we train and on the ride itself (20-22 March) on social media by following #tags - #FSBRide and #GetFitForBusiness. Any why not come and meet us along the way or share your stories of how your #GetFitForBusiness.
