This is our fourth year taking part in the Palace For Life Marathon March and this time we've actually bought proper trainers, done a bit of training and packed plenty of plasters.

Just kidding! We'll be as underprepared as usual but that won't stop us.

Palace For Life needs your money more than ever having struggled, like all of us, through the Covid-19 pandemic. FYP is part of the Palace family and so is the Palace For Life Foundation which supports young people across South London.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with the South London community for over 25 years. Existing to leverage the power of football and the Crystal Palace FC brand to change the lives of young people across South London, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help. They work with over 13,000 people each year, inspiring them to find a better path and to lead a healthier life.
