When I was a trainee in HK the local rugby team went on tour to Bali, including Dan an associate at Herbert Smith. They didn’t come back. They were in the Sari club in Kuta when a terrorist bomb went off. Polly Dan’s wife of five weeks escaped with her life and horrific burns and set up this charity in Dan’s memory. 

I will be running with James and Caspar from Lathams, in Dan's memory and in memory of all of the young lives lost that evening and, importantly,  to raise money for other burn victims through the charity, Polly, Dan's wife set up.
