I’m cycling the RideLondon 100 for Shelter because I believe that everybody needs a home.

Shelter is needed today more than ever. 1.8 million people in England are currently on local authority housing waiting lists. A shocking 1.6 million children in the UK are homeless or live in bad housing – many in temporary accommodation that’s run-down, overcrowded or dangerous. And every two minutes someone faces losing their home.

 

I’m part of Shelter’s Ride London Team and we aim to raise over £115,000 which could fund a full housing advice centre for 6 months helping over 775 families in desperate housing need.  By sponsoring me to take on this challenge your support will change lives.
