3 years ago i was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer after a routine PSA check, at the time of both my diagnosis i had no symptoms or any pain, shocking to think you have Cancer and not even know.

 I entered the first Grand Depart in 2016 virtually 12 months from my operation to remove my Prostate and was fortunate to both raise the most money, be awarded the Yellow Jersey for the fund raising and cross the line first with 4 other riders, completing the 118 miles in 5 hours 45 minutes.

This year in June i am once again doing the Grand Depart however i have opted to self fund this years ride, we are constantly asked to donate for worthy causes and its hard to pick one from another so i do appreciate any donation to my ride and Prostate Cancer is not only hard earned but very much appreciated.

I have see first hand what Prostate Cancer do first hand as a charity and have been lucky enough to have been involved in a Masterclass for Health Care Professionals as their guest, they really do make all donations work for the men who have and are suffering from this cancer.
