We are dedicating the entire month of September to supporting people with a spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions. We are asking you to Be a Hero and set yourself a physical challenge and clock up as many minutes as you can.

Story

This September I will be raising money for needed equipment and client accessibility support for NeuroMoves by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA). 

NeuroMoves is a highly specialised exercise therapy service changing the lives of people living with a neurological condition. 

I attend NeuroMoves weekly to work towards my functional goals since acquiring my brain injury. 

This month I will be challenging myself to complete 1000min of exercise! Stay tuned while I pedal, stand and walk my way towards my goal. 

The work they do at NeuroMoves is really important and I want to do all I can to help. There is only so much I can do on my own. The more people that know about SCIA and the work they do, the greater their impact, so please spread the word by using the 'Share' button.
