Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My nose runs, my mascara runs and I can positively manage to run myself a bath, but to run 26.2 miles is my current mission and it is beginning to feel a wee bit scary!

I was lucky enough to get a ballot place this year after applying 3 times for the epic 26.2 mile Virgin Money London Marathon. This has given me the opportunity to select a charity of my choice to hopefully raise some serious dollar!  I will be making my magnificent journey for Cancer Research UK.  

Many of my closest and most dearest friends have been affected by Cancer as I am sure yours too.  Some are no longer here to see me perform this task of stupidity, some have made a full and amazing recovery and some are still battling the awful disease.  

My training has started, the alcohol intake has lessened and the early nights have commenced.  Please help this endurance become a worthwhile act and donate a little to help me along the way.
