So I've decided to give this running malarkey one more go (completely messed it up a few years back when I attempted it and got myself sciatic). I have also given myself the extra push to do it for Macmillan Cancer Support (cos they are awesome) and to share my progress with you kind folk! 

No matter what time I achieve it will be a new personal best, so in that respect, I’m already a winner!
