I will be virtually climbing Mount Everest for Tibet Relief Fund  this will involve running, weightlifting, walking, trekking,climbing, doing yoga and aerobics for a total of 40 miles - within a month! At every 10 miles I will post an update video, including where on the climb I am and how far I have to go  

Thanks for supporting me and this important cause  Tibetans suffer every day from threats of torture, murder, imprisonment, abuse and prosecution just for being Tibetans! They can have any or all of this done to them by simply owning a photo of HH The Dalai Lama, the Tibetan flag or acting in a way that the Chinese government considers “separatist”  they urgently need our help so that they can be free of threats, free to practise their religion, decide their future and live in peace - as all should be able to.  Bhod Gyalo!
