Hi. Having recently got back into cycling after ... oooh.... many many years I've been challenged to take part in this 100 mile ride. My longest rides to date have been under 30 miles so this will be a big step up for me and not much time to prepare!

So, whilst I'm at it, I thought I'd try and raise a bit of dosh for my local charity that supports blind folks - one of my friends is blind and we play music together at the Blind Society. If I can get a couple of quid a mile I'll be happy.

I will try to avoid posting too many pictures of myself in lycra - nobody needs to see that!
