Great advice Apollo. Most lawyers love being stuck behind a desk (quite literally sometimes - it's a sedentary job) and not being able to do anything about it. So it's time to do something about it. 

The William Hill-sponsored Racing Welfare Boxing Night is the perfect opportunity for me to practise the noble art, get into some sort of shape and raise money for a very worthy cause. I can't see the downside - unless I break my nose. Having said that, a broken nose worked for Freddie Flintoff so I might get the gig presenting Cannonball after all.
