This charity is important to me personally as they are currently helping me through a rough time. Throughout lockdown I drank almost everyday and was a heavy drinker even before. I want to do this so I can prove to myself and others I CAN do this. I am staying sober for 2 months and will update my journey through the page.

I am doing this because I now know how hard it is to change and how easily you can slip with drinking it is hard to stop and I have now took the steps to help myself and make change. I don’t want to do it alone and have so many people around me to help and talk to. But I know that there are people out there that don’t and this charity are doing amazing things to help those that really need it including me. I am thankful for this and want to give back to them thank you for reading about this and donating. By doing this you are helping to share with people that may not know what to do.
