We are a group friends from North Wales (aged 24-27) who have all recently been through an extremely difficult time. In March 2016 we all lost our best friend, Mike Davies. We want to do something to raise money and awareness around the subject of mental health, depression and anxiety in young adults. 

This has been an extremely difficult time, not only for us as a friendship group, but for his family and for everybody who had the privilege of knowing him. We can only imagine what he must have been going through. It is something nobody should ever have to experience, yet it is one of the biggest killers in young males... By supporting this charity, hopefully, we can help others in similar situations. 

As a group of friends, we were frequent partakers in nights out. Our favourite and also least favourite drink being a shot of Gin. Quarter to the hour was Gin O’Clock (or any time of hour after a few). Not only do we want to raise money and awareness; we want to raise three more Gin’s to our friend.
