The Big Half has been a great success for Silverfit and for the 100+ walkers & runners who have taken part since 2018. We would like to continue the success in 2021 and help to raise more much needed funds for our charity.

Story

By promoting happier, healthier ageing through affordable physical activity, whilst at the same time combating social isolation, Silverfit aims to improve older people's quality of life and also to save the NHS and social care providers money.
Girls that Run are stepping out on August 22 in support of Silverfit.
