Story

Starting 1200hrs Sun 12 Apr - 1200hrs Monday 13 Apr

I will he conducting 1 burpee per member of staff at Sunderland Hosptial totalling 5,000 in 24 hours (I have chose this hospital,  as this is were my Girlfriend works as a nurse) .

I would aim to conduct 209 burpees for the first 8 hours and then 208 burpees for the remaining 16 hours equalling 5,000 burpees. This would mean  3.5 burpees a minute.

I would look to do the burpees in sets of 20 meaning 10 sets and then a 9 or a 8 to finish off for an hour period. My rest period would be inbetween each set of 20 and the time I have between finishing the 209/208 burpees for the hour before commencing the next hours worth of burpees.

I will live stream from my living room/ garden for change of scenery meaning everyone can see my progress at all times. Facebook gives you 4 hours live stream meaning I will have to keep reactivating every 4 hours.

My aim is to conduct as best I can a full burpee, but I am aware by the end of the event I will be probably falling over and getting back up with a jump.

Please help me support this great hospitals fight against COVID-19
