Having completed the Welsh 3 Peaks in 2012 the obvious next challenge for me being the National Three Peaks / Wedi cwbwlhau y sialens 3 copa Cymreig yn 2012 yr her nesaf yw i gwbwlhau y 3 copa Prydeinig.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is a well known phrase amongst the more adventurous. This challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours / Mae'r 3 copa Prydeinig yn adnabyddus ymysg y mwyaf anturus ohonom. Y sialens yw i gerdded mynyddoedd ucha yr Alban, Lloegr a Chymru o fewn 24 awr.
- Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa, (1085m)
- Scafell Pike, (978m)
- Ben Nevis, (1344m)
