People suffer everyday with Mental Health issues from Stress and Anxiety to OCD and Depression. 

It's not something people 'can get over with' and there's a big stigma attached to it, though that is slowly changing. 

That in part is down to charities like MIND helping change peoples perceptions of Mental Illness and help support those suffering from it through their various  initiatives and campaigns.

1 in 4 of us will suffer from some sort of Mental Health Issue in our lifetime. If you're lucky enough to not be the 1 in 4 you probably certainly know someone who does.  

Every donation will be greatly received from a quid to a fiver.
