This year as well as competing in the UK Ironman 70.3 in mid June I am taking on cycling Lands End to John O'Groates in just six days at the end of June, this averages at just over 150 miles a day.

The reason I am doing this is to try and raise as much awareness and money along the way. Sturge Weber is very rare and because of this not many people raise money for the charity.
