Dad had a massive myocardial infarction causing his passing
some years ago so this year I thought why not try raise a bob or two to help
others and even help myself move a pound or two of tummy.

Since his passing, everything has stopped me trying to do
something to help, knees, work, back, you know the drill, I think they call it getting
older! Even though these problems have never gone away, it’s time to take the
plunge and do my bit!

If you’ve never had a reason to do something similar, or
never been able to, then please do your bit and help me achieve my target. It’s
too late for Dad, but together, with a bit of cash, we could go a long way to
saving another Mum, Dad, son or daughter, don’t let it be yours.

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's
research. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and
circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their
lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create
new treatments and discover new cures.

Every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit
my target. Every time I hit the target it doubles it’s like fund raising magic!
