Last year someone very close to me and the band was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He survived thanks to the wonderful NHS and the support of the people around him. Charities like Cahonas Scotland are invaluable to cancer sufferers, survivors and those who have been affected by the disease in some way. I feel now more than ever it's important I do my bit to raise awareness of the work they do and some money to allow them to continue that work. Please donate whatever you feel is appropriate and come on down to watch me huff and puff through what will be a rather uncomfortable 10 kilometres for me!
