Toby died in 2009 from Sudden Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) at the age of just 26. He is sorely missed by his family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

I have decided to don my running trainers once again, and pound the pavements around Portsmouth and Southsea this October. Despite breaking my foot in March, I am determined to make it round the 10 mile course, albeit fairly slowly!
