Independent age help the vulnerable elderly with free advice on care and support, money and benefits, health and mobility. However are also provide 1 to 1 visits to the elderly that have no one left to even have a simple chat too.

I will be participating in not 1 but 2 challenges!! 1st is the London Marathon and the 2nd will be to trek the Great Wall in 9 days. Both are very daunting to me so I hope that I have your support and appreciate what ever amount no matter how little to help me achieve and hopefully exceed the target.
