I’m sure many people, myself included, are feeling helpless and saddened by the bushfires in Australia. It feels as though there isn’t much we can do to help but when people come together with a shared intention, it can be a very powerful thing.

I'm holding a yoga and meditation class on January 30th at SenSpa in Brockenhurst, to hold space for our planet and all those affected. This will be a donation based class with every penny going to those in need. An hour of yoga followed by a group meditation where collectively we shall send help, love and support. 

I'm hoping that I will be able to bring 50 people together at 7pm on 30th January. My dream would be that people all over the country and even all over the world could take part at the same time. Other yoga and meditation teachers please put on your own classes. Individuals, you can easily sit for 5 or 10 minutes to meditate along with us. Our meditation will run from 8-8.30pm UK time. Even just imagining rainfall over Australia or visualising the country without fire and destruction would be enough. If we all do this at the same time, we can create a bigger energetic impact.

All donations made on the night will be sent to WWF Australia as Wires is only for the state of New South Wales and sadly the fires are much wider spread.
