We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.

Story

The Hampden Collection has been setup to collate and celebrate the 3 Hampden Parks and All That Have Played On Them. Our HQ is 1st Hampden, aka Hampden Bowling Club and last year we came up with a crazy idea to create a running series to raise awareness for our #Restore1stHampden project. It comprised 10 x 10ks in a bowling season and we raised over £1800. They were fantastic experiences - all unique and great fun. From Irvine to Musselburgh - they were brilliant!

We have the bug. So we are doing it again. This time it is for two charities. One is the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and the other is for the Nightingale House Hospice. These are amazing charities and close to our hearts. The first five 10ks is to fundraise for SAMH. Its core mission is to provide mental health services across Scotland and its big campaign "See Me" aims to end mental health discrimination and the stigma that it faces.

Running is a great way to maintain and improve your mental health. So if you have never tackled a 10k before and want to rise to the challenge - have a wee look. Or if you just fancy running in a place you have never run before - have a gander at the 10. They are all in interesting places. The sign-up links are also on the page so it couldn't be easier. You won't regret it. You can access all 10 on our website.

Your donations are warmly received and will support a great cause. The second JustGiving page will be launched nearer the time.

Many thanks in advance
