Swimathon was something I used to do annually, I did do it over 2020 in October (before the November 2020 lockdown) but I just couldn't bring myself to ask for your sponsorship during these strange times.

Now we are at 2022 and pandemic still thrives but as does the needs of these charities more than ever. I now see this more and more of a mission and achievement since I have only been able to restart swimming properly since December 2021 and there might still come a time when I cannot. 

So this year 2022...

Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie are calling on the nation to get down to the pool for Swimathon 2022 - thousands of swimmers, two great causes, one big charity challenge. On 6-8 May, over 21,000 swimmers will be heading to over 300 pools across the UK to raise money for our two amazing charity partners.Together we can really make a difference. We invite our swimmers to tell their story to help spread awareness and raise vital funds for these two incredible causes.
