After major surgery for a radical hysterectomy due to an early stage cervical cancer diagnosis, I have decided to set myself a goal to cycle 355 km in three days from Milan to Venice with Macmillan in October 2019 ! The big C comes as one hell of a sideswipe but my prognosis is good and I’m determined to become a lithe cycle demon in aid of these fabulous charities !

I cannot thank the hospital, surgeons and support networks enough for their prompt and rapid treatment programme so felt this would be a great way !!
