Story

My name is Harrison Peacock.  Earlier this year I experienced a great loss with the death of my mother. Her death was a result of her struggles with alcoholism and because of this, myself and so many people who love her and who she loved must continue on without her.  I will always love my mother and I hate this disease.  In support of others around the world who have or are currently experiencing something similar, I have created this event.  This is a toast to my mum, who I will always love.  A dryathlon, I pledge 30 days of sobriety beginning 1st of January.  I encourage others to also announce a toast to one that they love and to join me in sobriety.  This event will be open for anyone to join.  They may begin their 30 days anytime in January and I will maintain this site until the last has completed their pledge."

I would also like to steal from the ice bucket challenge and get you all to post videos cheering / giving toasts (with a non-alcoholic drink) and re-post the site.
