Fundraising for Hospitality Action
Story
Hawksmoor started running together in the 3rd lockdown, January 2021. We create different challenges and have 140 runners contributing their time and effort to raise money for Hospitality Action.
So far we've completed:
- In January & February we ran from London to New York via Manchester and Edinburgh 5856km - smashed that and reached 7317 km!!
- In March we completed 3336 km for Hospitality Action. Hawksmoor paid 50p per km and we ran 3336 km raising £1668
- In May we did a 5km challenge for a charity of everyone's choice
- We took part in the To hell and back challenge with Hospitality action - contributing to 30,000 miles with 1464km in 8 days! https://umbali.org/challenge/hawksmoor#route
- We have a race coming up in July where 3 awesome peps are representing Hawksmoor by running 10k and supporting Hospitality Action - raised £600 so far
Hospitality Action has been a huge help and support through 2020 for all of us in Hospo and we're going to continue to raise money to continue to support their amazing work.
