As you may of gathered I'm turning 40 in December and all year I've tried to complete #40before40,  I've wanted to run a 5k, cycle the Manchester to blackpool night ride, climb snowdon, all for for charity and 37 more things, but due to COVID I've had to re think most of them. 

What better to do than run the 12 days of christmas!!! Well the 1st 12 days of December, as my birthday is the 13th. So I'm going to run 5k every day, from 1st December until 12th most of these days will be after my days work on my wards at Blackpool Victoria hospital. 

Most of you will know, I'm not the most athletic, but its a very worthy local cause,  a cause that was never around when I was a young carer, back in the 80's, and what better way to end my #40before40 than running a #greatrunsolo 

I know its been a very tough year, but if you can spare some pennies the help the local community that would be greatly appreciated, and will help me finish, and for the girl that couldn't run for 30 seconds a month ago I'm planning on running 60k in 12 days!!
