What started as a decision to do a personal challenge has become a FastTrack Fit Camp event with several of our regular campers and Corporate clients joining in too. 

I met Caroline at YPWD through a mutual connection and immediately hit it off. I am in full support of their work, filling a gap in the community for those young adults (some as young as 40) who are living with dementia. 

I am delighted to be doing something I love (being outside and walking) in an environment I adore (big skies and mountains) with people I like to spend time with.
