This is our little girl Heidi Rose, she is
3 years old. When she was just 11 weeks old
she was diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome.
It’s a rare heart condition that affects the
electric current and rhythm of the heart,
this can lead to sudden death.
She’s a happy bright little girl, but there are
certain activities and medicines she needs
to avoid. She’s due to start pre school in April
and to keep her safe we have been raising
money for a Defibrillator and CPR training,
Which we have succeeded in doing for
Gorseybrigg Primary School.
We really want to keep raising money to
place more Defibrillator’s and provide more
CPR training for local School's this is why
we have chosen to fundraise for the
Hand on Heart Charity
We also want to raise awareness of these
conditions that are silent killers.
Raising funds to place Defibrillator's in schools for Hand on Heart because this Charity Supports our Goals
We place defibrillators in schools to reduce death from sudden cardiac arrest.
